Yes, pre-order can be canceled at any time before the game's release. After canceling the pre-order, funds will be returned to your account within 3-10 business days, depending on the payment method and payment system.
If you pre-ordered the game through Steam, you can cancel the pre-order directly in the Steam client or through the Steam Support website.
When will I receive pre-order bonuses?
Digital bonuses (desktop wallpapers, PDF artbook, and soundtrack) become available for download immediately after placing a pre-order. Download links will be sent to the email provided at purchase and will also be available in your account on the pre-order website.
